Are there any additional charges with your game servers?
Absolutley not, outside of our monthly charges there are no additional charges.

What’s your game server setup fee?
Setup is free.

What is a game server?
A game server is a piece of computer hardware that allows gamers to play against each other over the Internet.

What do you charge for bandwidth?
Your monthly rental price includes all bandwidth charges. Unlike other hosting companies we do not charge for extra bandwidth.

What specification will my server be?
We run server class Dual Xeon machines with 2GB RAM or higher.

Where are your servers hosted?
Our servers are housed in a data center in the North West of England.

My clan has split up, can I cancel my server?
No problem, just let us know and we will stop taking payments from you.

Can you guarantee my ping?
Sadly we are not in control of the entire Internet!. There are too many factors involved such as the equipment and routers your data travel through on the way to our datacenter.

Why do some games cost more to host?
Certain games are more CPU and bandwidth intensive. This of course costs us mre money. The benefit of however is that we don’t charge everyone the higher rate. We think this is the fairest way of structuring our game server rental pricing.

If I order now when will my Game Server be ready?
Typically your server will ready in 24-48 hours. Often servers can be ready in a matter of hours. While we monitor our servers at weekends we do not process new signups. If you order Saturday expect your server to be ready on Monday or Tuesday.

How many Game Servers do you run on one server?
Good question. We make sure that we never over burden our servers. We always make sure there’s CPU and RAM spare so you gaming experience is not affected by an overloaded machine.
